Just purchased 2010 ford galaxy. There are 6 phones already bonded by first owner and I cannot remove. I am following the user guide but the message no phone selected keeps comming up. Also I cannot see the radio on our phone when i search for blue tooth devices. It looks like the bluetooth is not transmitting.
Any advise would be most helpful.
