2009 UlsterBank Mortgage Statements

For any of you with mortgages with UlsterBank and wondering if they were ever going to send out a statement of account......

Well just off the phone with a Michael at Customer Service (1890 252304) who tells me that they are in the process of sending these statements out this week, however as for Certificates of Interest, was not sure about this and said that he would order up one for me.

If the staff member wasn't sure he should have found out from someone who knew instead of 'not being sure' especially as he is in 'customer service.' Ulster bank sends out the statements annually but only supply a Certificate of Interest if one asks. About 5 years ago they used to send both automatically.

I got one from Ulster Bank, without asking, last week.
