2 bed apartment

Hi All,
Just wondering what you would expect the average 2 bed apartment size to be ?? Looking at buying one of the plans in the Blackrock, its 660 sq feet , is this ridiculously small ?? Cheers

depending on where in blackrock 700+ would be my guess

660 sq feet sounds very small. I'd be careful buying so small off the plans. My 2-bed is 832. I wouldn't like anything much smaller than 750

I don't think 660sqft is too small for a two bed - having said that, our one bed apartment was 600sqft but it was very big. For Blackrock I would think a 660sqft two bed was not that bad a size... As for the price, yeah you'd be looking at defo over the €600k for that area I would have thought.
