160,000 to invest for monthly return

Hi Guys. Am expecting to sell house soon. Final stages and I should have €160,000 to bank while we rent and wait for the market to stabilize. We would like to get a monthly income from this sum to help alleviate the cost of renting ( as I will be yummy mummy and we will have one income only). Any suggestions as to where to look?

If it's fairly short-term with a requirement for access if you see something you want to buy, I'd say find the best deposit rate you can. Look at the Best Buys here on Askaboutmoney.
