13434.ie 01-6850850 number always engaged?

Anybody else finding that 13434's non eircom Dublin number [broken link removed] is always engaged these days? Just noticed it last week and at the weekend. This is the case from two different numbers which both happen to be on UTV's phone service in case that's of any significance.

I have been finding this as well, it's annoying but I getthrough... eventually!

same here, noticed it in the last month or so, need to have a go at least 4-5 times

Have you tried the alternative Cork no., 021 2422422?

I have to admit I've found their service a little unreliable recently — while calling the United States, the connection frequently 'dropped', requiring a redial and, presumably, incurring a new 5c connection fee each time.

Never thought of it. Suppose since we're already paying UTV for peak/off peak national calls it could do no harm to try.
