10K - what is best high interest account for a year?

My brother has 10K he wants to invest in a high interest account as he won't need the money till at least next year.
Can you recommend such an account.

Agree with Clubman,

also because FA allows you to get up to 14.9K with the same interest while with halifax flexisaver the good interest rate is "capped" until 10K.
