hi

i was just hoping that someone could provide me with a complete list of the institutions that provide a 100% mortgage facility

Also is there anywhere i can get info for each institution that outlines the penalties for making lump sum payments on a fixed rate mortgage
 
100% lenders are Bank of Ireland/ICS, Bank of Scotland, First Active, Permanent TSB and Ulster Bank. AFAIK EBS no longer doing them.

Mortgage broker may be able to tell you penalties for making lump sum payments on fixed rate mortgage.
 
AIB do also as I have just gotten a 100% mortgage with them
 
Why is that - i.e. that FTBs can get 100% mortgages when non FTBs who probably already own equity in at least one property and have a proven track record of meeting mortgage repayments cannot? Seems odd to me...
