1.5million mortgage on€46,000

I was pleased to find on permanent tsb's website I would get approval in principal for €300000 then I upped it to €350,000, €400,000, €600,000, €1,500,000 all approved in principal!
great bank eh?

Hi Sarah,

That sounds strange, because when i put in 180,000 i was approved, then 200,000 not approved, then 185,000 approved, 190,000 just fall short, then 189,000 was the highest i could be approved, thats on an annual income of 28,000
