€25,000 is here tax on this from brother to pay

I am receiving 20,000-25,000 from my brother. Is there tax on this?

I presume you mean Capital Acquisitions Tax/Gift Tax on the gift? If so then the (cumulative) tax exemption limit for such gifts is c €50K. See here:
