    The cohorts have changed since end October. I agree there is some "jiggling" around of the cohorts. Anyone that was moved off a tracker by KBC should be returned.     Based on the Irish Times article finally the regulators are flexing their muscles. Eventually all cohorts with KBC, at least 2,500 accounts, should be deemed impacted.

    Breaking from the fixed is not an issue. It does not change the terms of the original contract unless it specifically states you will go onto the STANDARD VERIABLE RATE

    Extremely sharp practice on the part of the bank possibly breaching code of conduct! Loan was underwritten as a tracker then pulled it from under your feet before drawdown! Certainly didn't have your bests interests at heart! Lack of disclosure and transparency!
