I have my request for update in since Sunday morning. 5 working days was up today and no sign of it. I had antigen test done today and received result within an hour. Travelling tomorrow (finally) :)

I've used Blurb and would recommend them. They print and ship from the Netherlands for non-US shipments. You can pay extra for expedited shipment if needed.

Just found out that our cheque has to be sent back as it's in both of our names and we don't have a joint account. I probably should have guessed this but we didn't have a problem with the initial service error cheque so it didn't cross my mind. Dreading sending it back after all of the issues...

Everything entering your home is potentially contaminated. Washing your hands after shopping isn't enough if you then handle contaminated products you've purchased. Consider removing external packages or wiping things down as you unpack.
