If this is the case then their appeal guidelines shouldn't say that they will provide receipt of confirmation within 5 working days.... it was 7 weeks from when I sent mine in to getting an acknowledgement!

Unfortunately the envelope is the only thing I don't have a copy of. It was addressed to the independent secretariat and then there was a PO Box number.

I received my appeal pack from Ulster Bank today. I am appealing the amount of compensation which was approx 8% of the amount they stole from me over a 10 year period. My grounds for appeal are: I was unable to afford to have children during those 10 years and am now undergoing costly fertility...

Still waiting on my redress. Got letter to say I was impacted on 2nd August. Know of someone else who got similar letter around that time who got cheque last week so keeping fingers crossed that it's on the way soon.
