After over a year of waiting got a call this morning to say letter and cheque are being processed at present. Should be with us in the next week...... believe it when I see it

Absolutely heartbroken, just called the helpline to be told that there is nothing new to report on my case. Most of the cars will be sorted by the end of July but A small number of cases will go on longer. In tears here.

We were told today that our redress and compensation will now be with us in July, was previously told it would be early June at the latest. Talk about dragging things out

That is dreadful, I cannot understand how they are getting away with this

I got nothing back from them

Told we were impacted last June, they have been reviewing our account with the last TWO weeks still no redress/compensation letter been sent out. Ours is a very straightforward case so not sure what’s taking so long!

@Milo4444 that is just ridiculous, so much for sorting everything by the end of June. I called on Friday and was told they were now investigating my account. So my fingers are crossed and prayers are being said by the dozen, that this week will end this horrible ordeal for us.
