I just accepted an offer from SDCC , tenant in situ scheme . Waiting on deeds to go to solicitor so they can send contract to council . Can I ask how long it took from your solicitor issuing the contract to the council to you getting a closing date ?
Thanks for that , God it seems a long time , I was hoping to have it done by Christmas as we are hoping to buy a new family home ourselves , that sort of a time frame would really delay us
Thank you for coming back to me . I issued the termination notice at the same time as sending in the EOI . Do you mean 4-6 months from when you sent them the EOI ?
Hi there I’ve just send the EOI to SDCC a month ago , have heard nothing since . My tenant is on hap . How are you getting on with the process , can I ask how long it has taken and did they make you a reasonable offer
Hi there I had no professional help . I I’d it myself . I submitted appeal in February. Was over and back with additional correspondence for a few months and hearing last week
Just recieved my appeal decision and I was successful. Im pleased with the compensation amount and glad this is all over . For everyone going through the process stick with it , it tests your resilience but hopefully you ll get a positive outcome .
Just tuned into this , has anyone watched it from the start . I submitted a letter to be read out and am wondering was there any letters read out from customers ?
As far as I am aware the banks have committed to deadline with the revenue with regards to this , I’ve read it somewhere in this forum just can’t remember where
Definitely contact them and ask where is their response , get the name of who is dealing with your complaint and address all correspondence to them .
That’s what I’ve done as it’s given me a named individual to ask for instead of being passed from billy to jack
Very interested to hear what he has to say , as opposed to listening to the executive teams from the banks .
I would imagine he will be more indicative of how the process is moving
