i am currently thinking of applying to my local council (cork) for affordable housing..i have a permanent job..but i only earn approx 20k per year...i have 10k in savings and no loans/outgoings..i am a single parent and am on the housing list but would rather buy my own house..just wondering if anyone had any experience of dealing with cork cc

i am dealing with cork cc at the moment they are great too deal with. get your appliation form and hand it in the sooner the better. once you hav a permanent job and show records of savings your sorted. and your savings is very good. the thing is you have to be afirst time buyer.
