Hi,
I work out in the gym 2-3 times a week and was thinking of taking whey protein.
Can anyone tell me if this would be beneficial or not considering that I am not trying for the bodybuilder look but do like to keep myself in good shape.
I guess what I'm trying to find is, are there any benefits,in using whey protein,for someone like me?
