Can anyone help with the wording of a line to add to a work contract?
It needs to be to the effect that the terms of the contract will be reviewed at a point in time. To ensure that this is not lip service, where a review is carried out and no change made, is there some wording that can be used? e.g. based on volume of work, time spent on the job etc. that the salary will be raised upwards?
