I'm considering buying a small 2 storey 2 bedroom house belonging to some relatives. Its in need of a fair bit of repair. Upstairs the roof beams appear to have woodworm. The roof itsself was re stated by my father 10 years ago. Can i have the roof beams treated or is this something that will need to be replaced. Who would I contact to look at the house and give me an idea as to the costs involved. The house is in Kerry.
