I'm looking at renovation of an old property.
I'm not that 'up' on new building ideas so looking for some help on what I might include on my wishlist...may not necessarily include all of these in the final spec, but there might be new stuff that I don't know about.

walk-in pantry in the kitchen
walk-in wardrobe in bedrooms
Ensuite in bedrooms
downstairs loo/walk in shower (future proofing)
two dishwashers
laundry room
layout that would allow a downstairs room to be converted to a bedroom should that be needed in the future
level access in entry way (wheelchair/zimmer frame)

ducted vacuum (just as easy to buy two vacuum cleaners)
an Aga (even though I love them, it doesn't really make economic sense)
