Has anyone got recommendations on a good supplier for doors and windows? I have been on to Carlson and have some prices. All the other companies I contacted never got back to me with a quote.
ARU joinery are good - similar standard to Carlson. Were very good to deal with. Got full house of windows and large patio doors from them in re-engineered wood. Didn't get front door from them
I am not sure where you are based but I used Earthkind for a set of French doors 3 years ago. Workmen were brilliant to deal with, you would never have known there were there, quality was excellent.

I'm amazed by how unresponsive most of the companies are. I requested quotes from about 10 companies.
The only 2 that responded with quotes were Carlson and Teroco.

Our architect has recommended NorDan as being a very good quality AluClad window. Better than Rationel apparently. We’re impressed that the windows come with a 30 year warranty (though I also saw 10 years written somewhere on the website so I want to double check that before ordering)
