My husband and I are building. The title deeds of the land are in his name. I bought a house previous to this before I was married. It is in my name only (my maiden name) We have it rented out and are not receiving TRS on it. Will we get TRS on our new build? Or how can we avoid losing this tax break? Also, can we get a first time buyers mortgage???
