I find it a bit strange that she would be demoted to a less high profile Dept but remain as Tanaiste. The Tanaiste is usually in a key Govt Dept.

Anyone know what the Green Party process is for deciding on whether or not to be part of government? John Gormley alluded to some sort of membership based democracy on last nights Questions & Answers. How does this work and is it likely to happen? Who initiates it?
