How many UK and USA social insurance contributions do you have?

It's a separate issue, but you might be better off not combining them.

Have you made voluntary contributions in the UK?

Hi no regretscoyot
yeah buying back voluntarily NI from U.K. have 28 and hope to keep buying them
4 years national insurance in USA and hope to combine them with prsi to bring up Irish contributory years

Anybody with answer to this question ..
I will get supplemtary pension at 60 ??

As I understand it, yes you would.

But because you will only have 17 years of service on a salary of 36k, your total pension will be 7650Euros ( 17 x 36000/80)

So, they go through a complicated calculation, where by your HSE pension is 17 x 36000/200 or 3060. And the Supplementary pension is the difference ( 4590 Euros) .

Once you reach 66, you can claim the state pension, ( 12956 Euros) and cease the Supplementary pension. So you will have 12956, plus 3060 ( your HSE pension), making a total of 16016 Euros.

That's the way I understand it , but open to correction.

Couple of caveats. I am assuming 36k is the pensionable salary and that you have worked 17 years of full time service.
