Hi luckydog. I received a text message in August, stating they were reviewing my claim and would give me an answer within 30 days. When I did not hear anything after 45 days, I rang and was told it was approved and I received all my documents back in the next couple of weeks. It never hurts to ring them. The lady I dealt with was helpful and compassionate.
