Why has it taken so long for people to realise that rising house prices will have implications for the property tax liability in 2016 or whatever date the tax is to be reviewed
 
.. and according to an article in today's Daily Mail FG are getting ready to pass the buck....

I dont think they have... I just think the papers have cottoned on to the fact that when taxes increase in 2016 it may coincide with Fine Gael going to the polls for a General Election.

And possibily lead to an even bigger implosion that already thought.

This property tax implications of 2016 are media driven, not people driven.
