Whirlpool Washing Machine / Dryer Not Working!!

Hi! Hope Some One Could Help Me!!!

I am in a rented flat, I have a washing machine / dryer which is only roughly a year old, The washing cycles work perfect but when i dry anything it fills with very hot water!

My landlord has already got someone to fix it about 3 times now, he put in a new pump! but I still have the problem, my landlord said he will get someone to look at it again!!!

Am I entitled to a new machine?? As it has been repaired 3 times and still not working properly!

I would say you are entitled to a new machine You have allowed 3 attempts to have it fixed enough is enough demand a new one

Ye have to see it from the landlords side as well, he has a wm/td that's only a year old and under guarantee, the supplier is probably offering to fix the faults rather than replace the unit. At least he seems to be proactive in trying to get repairs done
