Where do you buy phonecards to phone Oz Cheap?

A friend of mine in Australia phones her mum every day really cheap. She has a special phone card that she types in a code into her landline phone and then gets the call to Ireland for a few cent a minute. Is there anything like that over here so if you want to call Australia cheap?
