When will Revenue deduct 2013 LPT from my account

I was filing my return for the 2014 LPT when I noticed that Revenue have not yet taken the 2013 LPT amount from my account yet.

I filed my 2013 LPT before the 1st July deadline and elected to pay via a Visa Debit Card. The website says no further action is necessary for 2013 but I cannot find any record of the deduction on any of my accounts.

Is it unusual the Revenue have not deducted the due money from my account yet? If not then when can I expect them to do so?
