When selling shares can you deduct currency commission from your tax liability?

I sold US based stock options and ESPP shares a couple of weeks ago and noticed that going by the exchange rate for the day (using xe.com) and what I actually got, differed by about €50. Can I deduct this €50 from my tax liability (as well as the fees charged by the online broker/bank for my transaction)?
Also, for the ESPP shares, when calculating the tax do I use the exchange rate the day the shares vested, the day I asked for the withdrawal of the money or the day the money entered my bank account (each were separated by a week)?
Likewise for when calculating what currency commission was taken do I go by the day I asked for the withdrawal from the US online broker/bank or for when the money entered my account?

Anyone with any idea about this?
I'm wondering can the fees (comission and broker) get deducted from the final tax liability or if they're just deducted from the taxable amount?

Sorry to bring up an old post but does anyone have any information on this? Thanks
