Whats best callcard for calling Australia?

Hi, I am in Australia and just wondering would anyone know what the best international callcard would be for my mam who lives in Dublin to call Australia through her land line?

ph 1890 99 02 02 then 00 etc. and hash button at end of number dialled - I use this -cost same as local call.

Callcards are a thing of the past. There are number of companies which forward calls at the right price. You ring their number first and then ring the required number. You are then billed on you normal bill.
