Websites and Domain Name Ownership

Hi guys

I am wondering if someone can direct me on who to approach about defining stipulations about the ownership of domain names and websites including all assets.

I am in a partnership with 3 people and we have all domains and hosting in each of our names (only one name allowed) so in order to safeguard ourselves in the event of something unforeseen I was wondering if I need to approach a lawyer or someone who specialises in IP?

Any help appreciated.

Seems like a bigger issue than just websites - what about ownership of any other IP produced by the partnership?
