Web skills training recommendations

Hi,

I am seeking recommendations for web skills training providers (HTML, CSS, Javascript, digital and social media) that can be completed on a part time basis. Ideally, I would like something that is certified by exam and/or assessment and where the certification holds a level of credibility.
