HI,

Anybody know a good real estate agent in Warsaw to sell a flat I own there ?
What are the commission rates for sellers. Do all the agents out there apply fees to the buyers also ?

We tentatively looked at buying in Warsaw some years ago. We went to a number of real estate agents and I recall Maxon being good. Were able to provide English speaking agents too.
There was certainly commission to be paid by both buyer and seller. My recollection is that the fees as a prospective buyer were c. 1.5%. This would have been after negotiation.
