I have a problem with rising damp in my house, and have sourced someone to work on that (thanks to previous recommendations from this site).
As part of this work I need to move everything out of my house, so want to get the other work done at the same time, but would appreciate some recommendations for contacts/quotes:
As you can see, there's quite a bit of work to be done. Does anyone have any suggestions for any or all of the above? House is a terraced cottage in Dublin 8, if that helps.

- Replace wood floor in 2 rooms/put wood floor down in a third
- Install underfloor heating in three rooms (and/or advise if not suitable)
- Remove old gas fireplace and renovate original hearth/install fireplace/ensure chimney ok
- Move hot water tank
- Build in some shelving/cupboards
- Repointing on chimney
- Repair flashing/surface on flat roof extension
- Insulate attic
- Strip and re-render exterior boundary wall, removing roots etc in wall
