Hi,
Im currently living in England for a few years now but I think... wait I know that Ireland is calling me back! anyways, when i come home i eventually want to self build a house and a mortgage to go with it. but... theres always a but.... I have a loan and credit cards here in England.
So this is my question, is it possible to get an irish mortgage for a self build home and use some of it to pay off english debts!?
Any answers or experiences welcome.
