Virtual Office and registering Ltd Company

Just about to register a Ltd company and going to use a virtual office service.

For now all I require is mail forwarding and use of a registered business address.

1) Am I better off registering firstly with the Virtual Office company so that when I set up the Ltd company that I have a Reg Biz address to use, or does it matter?

2) Any recommendations for a relatively cheap Virtual Office provider (Dublin location preferred).

Thanks

You can use your own home address to set up the Ltd company, and then change the address afterwards.

Hi Ya

Have a look at on daft, this crowd will do it for €50 a month, mail forwarding would be extra i think.
