VAT chargeable on UK rental income?

As an Irish based UK property investor my Management company over there charges me a 10% fee on all rental income for their service with VAT added on to this figure. Is VAT applicable to me in this situation? Thanks.
 
One of the things that determines how VAT is charged is the place of supply. In the case of services connected with property the place of supply is where the property is located. If the property is in the UK then UK VAT will apply.

If you're asking if the management co is correct to charge you VAT on their services, then as SMeharg has said, they're providing you with a service over there so they'll charge you UK VAT.
