USC PRSA Exemption Employers Contribution

Trying to get my head around this fully. Currently I pay into a prsa and claim tax relief.

Does it make sense to get my employer to pay this amount and also get a usc deduction for it?

My net pay is obviously after tax, I'm then contributing in and getting tax relief.

Does it make more sense for them just to contribute the same amount (+the 7% USC difference) and I just get taxed income tax and prsi on this rather than paying in after tax income and only getting 40% relief?

Also won't this save them employers prsi?
