Wrong forum USC for non resident landlord

Hello

I am Irish, non-resident in 2012, but still ordinary resident in Ireland

I have an apartment in Dublin earning less than the USC threshold. I have overseas employment income, not taxed in Ireland of well in excess of the threshold.

Does my overseas employment income count towards my eligibility towards paying USC?

What about PRSI? I was formerly self employed in Ireland up until November 2011.
