I recently recieved a letter from my Bank telling me that they were changing the terms of a commercial loan with forms to be completed and sent back to them. I did not send back the form as I sent the letter to my Accountant asking him to contact the Bank.
I have now noticed that the Bank have withdrawn money from my account without my or my wife's signature on the standing order form.
Does the Bank have the right to withdraw funds without our signature or permission
