I recently was upgraded to the Ulsterbank world card.
I am trying to make an online transaction with a policy company which I have used before.
When I use my new card number I get
[FONT="]There was no connection with the Card Issuer. Please try again
When I try my old Zinc card numner the transaction redirects to the RBS website and fails with a message that the CVN number is incorrect. I have already cut up the ZINC card and cant remember the number on the back.
So it looks like the Zinc card is recognised as RBS but the World card is not.
the transaction processing company is ecard.pl
I spoke with UB who were no help. I emailed the retailer and ecard.pl but havent got a response.
Anyone esle have issues with non irish/UK online transactions?
