We have recently won a small contract approx 6 months work in the UK. We can either send our employees over to do the work or employ locally. I'm not familiar with UK PAYE, is it possible for us to employ UK nationals on the Irish payroll or would we have to set up as a UK employer?
Are there other things we need to consider? I.e. I know the UK wage rates are lower - if it is possible to pay UK staff on the Irish payroll, can we pay them UK rates?
