Hi has anyone been to this resort with panorama or thomson. In particular to The Royal Mirimar Thalasso Hotel. My 2 girls are going with their mother depart 1 aug. We ve seen a couple of bad reviews but lots of good the girls are still a bit put off. Also any other suggestions on safety money things to see etc

Skanes??? NO NO NO NO - IMO

It is just past the airport, and other than a main road on one side of the hotels, and the beach on the other there is very little there. it is not at all charming, IMO.

Much better to go to Port el Kantaoui. If I were your family I'd try to change my holiday. If going to Port, one of my favourite hotels is Karinas Hotel. Really nice and very friendly staff. The other one I'd recommend is the Club Sol Kantaoui. Avoid Hourea Place at all costs!
