Hi all,
Just got the above shower fitted today but its not heating the water. The instructions say not to connect it up to mains supply, only a gravity fed supply from the tank, however its been connected to a mains supply,we didnt know it was a mains supply at the time, does anyone know if there's a way around this? We didn't cop it at the time of installation as the mains supply was off to allow other work go ahead.
