transfers from airport to hotel

Hi,

I booked a weekend in Paris for my parents and I mailed the hotel yesterday asking can they arrange transfers, they can at €85 each way!! I thought this was excessive as they went to Prague last year and it was €40 return I know Paris is alot more expensive but €130 more expensive....
Is the airport far from the city they are very close to the Champs-Elysées.
I know they could take the metro but we booked a really nice hotel my dad would freak out if he had to take the metro he doesn't speak the lingo and he couldn't handle it!
 
What airport are they flying into? Have you checked the website for that airport for details of city transportation?
 
If it's CDG, there is a rail link to the city.

It is part of the RER network, similar to the DART in Dublin. The one-way fare is 8.10. He can buy the ticket from a machine, no need to speak to anybody.
