S Shar22 Guest 4 Feb 2008 #3 I bought the house 2 years ago with my brothers, joint ownership all names on deeds and mortgage. They have asked to buy me out. Bank says no cost to change name on deeds or take me off the mortgage. But I am not sure if there are any tax issues.
