Told Voucher expired even though the date on the voucher is 31/12/2014

Hi All
I received a vocuer for €200 for a skincare range. I went to redeem the voucher today on line and it said 'Voucher no longer valid'

Even though it states on the voucher :

''Credit must be redeemed in full before 31/12/14 after which time any remaining credit will be deemed to have been forfeited''

I checked the website and it states :

''Our very successful **** gift voucher from the 7th of February comes to a close on Monday 17th November.
We thank everyone for the very positive feedback on our unique organic and natural Skincare range and we hope that you continue to enjoy ** long into the future.''

Is the voucher no longer valid now even though it states a later date on the actual vocuher?

If your voucher says 31.12, thats your validity period..Id same thing with apache pizza vouchers thro tesco...they pulled out deal but how was I to know..refused to take my vouchers n had to fight it..

contact the skincare range n see what they say.,,

Sounds like they sought to alter the terms of the deal after the fact, they can't do that.
