to wire phone / alarm / internet

Hi all,

Just got a phone line to attic of house with a cath 5 cable.
Can i get some sort of splitter so that 1) my phone works 2) My alarm is set up to send text to my mobile 3) the internet. All phone phone jack point cables return to attic so i want to wire from there.
Any ideas?

You can buy Cat5 splitters like this one that will do the job.

I think i might need something like this just doing a bit of research but got snow under a bit!!! with technical jargon any thoughts
