I bought tiles in Dublin last week and when I went to collect was told some of my order not available. (I checked all were in stock when I bought). It seems tiles are allocated to another customer. Now I have to wait for that person to decide if they can wait so I can get my tiles. (that person has a big order and may have other work to do - i.e. a big customer with clout) Is there anything I can do? Any way to force them to give me the tiles. Tiler booked for this week and I need the product. I’m trying not to lose the head on the phone so they don’t just decide to let me wait.
