The Park, Cabinteely

Hi, I am thinking of buying a house in The Park in Cabinteely and was wondering do any of you guys know if there is any problems with anti-social behaviour or other negative issues in the area? I have lived in Killiney for the past 30 years and know of The Park as being a really nice place to visit during the day but was wondering what it's like for people who live there or near it. Thanks.

The Park is a very safe place to live, with a nice location. Never any hassle in the actual park. The only off thing I have heard- is that there is the 'odd' ecentric neighbour around..lol..but thats life. Some of the back gardens are also very very small, so be warned.
 
Thanks for that. Garden in the place we are planning to buy is small but house itself is a grand szie and the park is on your doorstep so who needs a big garden!!
